Winnie Martins Oriaku carries a clear calling to women, particularly those navigating broken seasons, responsibility, and rebuilding. Her work is rooted in helping women rediscover faith, identity, and strength when life has stripped away certainty and support. She speaks not from theory, but from lived experience.
As a former single mother, Winnie learned what it means to keep going when there is no safety net. Faith was not a concept, but a lifeline in seasons of responsibility, fear, and silent strength. Those years were marked by pressure and perseverance, shaping a depth of endurance, trust, and compassion for women who carry more than they are seen for.
Winnie serves as an associate pastor at Jesus Community, where she is actively involved in teaching, pastoral care, and spiritual leadership. Her ministry is grounded in truth, restoration, and a deep understanding of the realities people face behind closed doors, especially women navigating loss, transition, and renewal.
Alongside her pastoral calling, Winnie has also supported leaders and organizations in senior operational roles, contributing quietly to work carried out across Europe and Asia.
Her life reflects a conviction that faith must meet reality. Through seasons of silence, rebuilding, and surrender, she learned that restoration is not the absence of hardship, but the courage to face it honestly and grow.
Through teaching, writing, mentorship, and leadership, Winnie creates spaces where women are strengthened, purpose is realigned, and faith is rebuilt with clarity and depth.
Through her book Return and the Return Conference, Winnie invites women into a journey of returning to faith, identity, clarity, and hope. Winnie’s story is not presented as an exception, but as an invitation. She believes that restoration is possible and that strength can be rebuilt. She is married to Revivalist Iyke Oriaku and is a mother of three children: Michael, Revival, and Rain.
